Vanuatu Immigration Regulations

This page shows the law governing CIIP: the Constitution, Acts of Parliament and Regulations issued by the relevant Ministers.  shown here is only the law as it stands at the current date.  The various previous Acts and regulations as they occurred can be seen on the Vanuatu government website at https://gov.vu/vanuatu-capital–investment-immigration-plan.html.  However, the government does not publish the law as updated to current date and we attempt to fill that gap here.  We do our best to keep it up to date and accurate but disclaim all responsibility for any errors.
